Holding this tournament annually, will increase the popularity of this growing Olympic sport and also promote the Port Stephens and the Hunter area. Tae Kwon Do, associated sponsors and the community at large will benefit from this event by creating awareness of the Tae Kwon Do sport whilst promoting a healthy and positive lifestyle. This event will also further expand the sport allowing for the development of future elite athletes that one day may represent our State and Country.
